I have been at LifeSearch since 2012 and absolutely love working here. I have been able to change my career in line with my personal life for example when I had my children I went from Full time Advising to part time support and now my children are older, back to Full time Advising. The leaders treat you as an individual, they genuinely care how you feel and constantly help you improve within your career to be the best that you can, whilst at the same time being extremely flexible in regards to childcare and personal circumstances. They are extremely forward thinking and are always looking for ways to improve as a company, which includes looking after their staff. I genuinely love coming into work and would never work anywhere else.
