I’ve worked at LifeSearch since 2018 leaving retail behind - For me, it was the best decision I have made career wise. Work life balance has become a real thing. Over the last few years I have moved quickly through all the client support job families, there is no end to the progression you can make. It is left to you take control and progress in our own time, with some great support from individual team leaders. I am currently on a leadership programme and there are many other learning platforms we Searchers benefit from in working hours to help with this progression. At LifeSearch there is always something going on you can get stuck in no matter what your role is, or how high up in the business you are.
