What Will You Be Doing?
As a Specialist Protection Advisor (Retention Advisor), you will:
- Reconnect with our valued clients who have cancelled policies, guiding them towards the best options and reinstating or restructuring their coverage to reduce company clawbacks.
- Be a trusted advisor, resolving objections and finding meaningful solutions for families seeking protection.
- Take ownership of your day, managing multiple clients at various stages of their journey while becoming an expert in the field.
