Role Purpose
As the Head of Brand & Partner Marketing, you are responsible for developing and executing the brand strategy, positioning, and messaging for LifeSearch and our products and services - ensuring alignment with our brand purpose and business objectives.
You will lead our B2B/partner marketing, creating and delivering effective marketing campaigns and programmes to drive awareness, engagement, and revenue from key partners and stakeholders.
Your primary purpose is to enable and support profitable revenue growth for LifeSearch - always acting to Protect People Properly and ensure best possible customer outcomes.
Knowledge Skills & Experience - essential
At least 5 years of experience in senior marketing leadership, with a proven track record of success.
Brand management experience, building and managing a strong brand identity.
Experience of working within financial services, ideally in protection.
Experience in developing, running and evaluating integrated marketing campaigns (ideally both D2C and B2B)
Ability to develop and implement effective marketing strategies that align with the company's goals and objectives.
Proven experience in leading and managing a marketing team, with the ability to inspire and motivate team members.
Strong collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams, including sales, digital, operations and with external suppliers/partners.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas clearly and persuasively.
Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills to assess market trends, customer needs, and campaign performance.
Project Management: Experience in managing multiple priorities, projects and campaigns simultaneously, with a focus on meeting deadlines and achieving results.
Knowledge Skills & Experience - Desirable
Understanding of digital marketing channels, content management and disciplines, and platforms/tools
Degree level qualification in Marketing, or equivalent fields.
