We have an exciting opportunity for an Office & Facilities co-ordinator responsible for our London & Milton Keynes offices (the requirement to be in the London office is only once per week so a home location closer to Milton Keynes would be preferential).
In this role, the successful candidate will be responsible for the day to day running of the appointed offices. We are looking for a passionate individual who will take pride in our offices and want them to be the best they can be for all ‘Searchers. This is a hands-on role being proactive and reactive to office maintenance with frequent contact with visitors, contractors to co-ordinate site visits, whilst ensuring regular communication with the offices.
This is a full time, 100% office based role as you will be heart and soul of the office vibe.
You will be a key team member of the Business Support Team, ensuring our business is supported with administrative needs. These duties vary in nature but may include events admin support, travel bookings and calendar support. You will also have responsibility for processing all company travel bookings, in line with policies and procedures set out and challenging others accordingly.
There is limited health & safety responsibilities in this role (it is a low risk, office environment) & does not involve managing contractors on site on a regular basis. This is more an administrative role than safety management.
